存在這種誤區(qū)的原因很復(fù)雜，大致可歸結(jié)為兩方面：一方面是教師的師道尊嚴(yán)思想較嚴(yán)重，認(rèn)為課堂就是教師的天下，應(yīng)該教師說了算，于是上課搞“一言堂”，壓制學(xué)生中與自己不同的意見。另一方面是教師缺乏敬業(yè)精神，備課不充分，不能根據(jù)學(xué)情和教學(xué)內(nèi)容靈活設(shè)計小組合作教學(xué)的教學(xué)過程，千篇一律。

2.教師是課堂的“放羊人”

新課改要求，學(xué)生是英語學(xué)習(xí)的主人。在課堂上，教師不能越俎代庖，應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮課堂的組織、調(diào)控作用。但許多教師由于對學(xué)情把握不準(zhǔn)，要求過高，任務(wù)過于籠統(tǒng)，或過度相信學(xué)生，過度給予學(xué)生自由，導(dǎo)致把小組合作教學(xué)搞成了“放羊式”的教學(xué)模式。一上課，教師只講三言兩句，就讓學(xué)生進行小組合作學(xué)習(xí)，自己則悠閑地坐在講臺上，根本不參與學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)過程，放任自流。在這樣的環(huán)境下，學(xué)生得不到引導(dǎo)，討論不深入，流于形式，學(xué)習(xí)效果自然不會好。

3.教師是知識的

知名教育家陶行知先生說：“學(xué)高為師，身正為范�！痹S多老師固守成規(guī)，認(rèn)為自己就應(yīng)該是知識的，自以為是。但隨著現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，學(xué)生獲取知識的渠道越來越多，更加有自己的主見，而且家長中不乏高學(xué)歷者，知識型家長越來越多，教師的知識受到很大挑戰(zhàn)。如果教師不能及早轉(zhuǎn)變角色，難免會在學(xué)生面前出錯丟丑。

三、小組合作教學(xué)模式中的教師角色定位

新一輪基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革中，一個重要的教育理念是“教師是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的引導(dǎo)者和組織者，同時又是教學(xué)活動的合作者、參與者。在小組合作學(xué)習(xí)中，教師與學(xué)生的關(guān)系是一種合作、互動的關(guān)系。英語教師應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)理念，在小組合作學(xué)習(xí)中找準(zhǔn)自己的角色。在小組合作學(xué)習(xí)中，教師角色應(yīng)定位為：

1.學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的“指導(dǎo)者”

在小組合作教學(xué)中，教師在充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體作用的同時，要及時引導(dǎo)學(xué)生，隨時提供必要的提示、指導(dǎo)、示范，鼓勵學(xué)生積極投入小組的英語交際活動；還要時刻把握小組討論的方向。如，在小組討論中，教師不可以用“雙方觀點都有道理”之類的話來化解紛爭，應(yīng)該引導(dǎo)學(xué)生思考而不是做“和事佬”，通過比較、分析、總結(jié)，后達成共識，讓小組討論的問題出現(xiàn)“柳暗花明又一村”的效果。

2.小組合作的“參與者”

教師是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)活動的組織者，更是學(xué)習(xí)活動的參與者。小組合作學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)構(gòu)建民主、平等、和諧的師生關(guān)系，使師生之間的溝通與合作、互動與交往更加積極融洽，有效緩解學(xué)生與教師溝通的心理障礙，提高參與小組活動的積極性和主動性。

3.小組活動的“激發(fā)者”

在小組合作教學(xué)中，教師對一些具有啟迪學(xué)生思維和教育意義的問題，要善于激發(fā)，讓學(xué)生展開討論，通過討論，讓學(xué)生得到感悟，強化學(xué)生對文本的理解和體會。此外，在小組合作學(xué)習(xí)過程中，教師要仔細(xì)傾聽小組學(xué)生的討論，記錄出現(xiàn)的典型錯誤，適時地指出學(xué)生在英語語言活動中出現(xiàn)的錯誤，并及時更正，幫助學(xué)生走向成熟。還要對個別注意力不集中的學(xué)生予以關(guān)注，及時提醒他們重新參與到小組學(xué)習(xí)，并向他們提供個別指導(dǎo)。

4.合作結(jié)果的“評估者”

一個科學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)評價，不僅要考查學(xué)生對知識的掌握，更要重視學(xué)習(xí)過程和體驗，對學(xué)生發(fā)展的各個方面都給予關(guān)注，尤其要在學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的方法、態(tài)度、情感、價值、信心等方面做出激勵性評價，使每一個學(xué)生都形成持續(xù)發(fā)展的能力，促進學(xué)生積極主動地發(fā)展。
